Leadership & Motivation (4 hours)

What does it take to be a leader? This training focuses on how to become a self master so that you can be the best leader possible and motivate yourself into productive action. When you can lead yourself well, then you can lead others. This interactive, upbeat training will have you up and moving to learn about how your psychology, physiology, focus and language effects your motivation and how you can be a successful leader through leading by example.

Create from a Powerful State (2- 3 hours)

It is normal to experience fear or uncertainty when embarking on something new. Well known quotes illustrate how progress always involves riskYou can't steal second base and keep your foot on first”, and “Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore” Andre Gide.Create from a Powerful State’ teaches us how to take action in spite of fears and uncertainties and how to take action from a state of power rather than fear to create the desired outcome.



Mindful Living (2 hours +)

Mindfulness is “The awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally to the unfolding of experience moment to moment” (Kabat-Zinn, 2003). Put simply, mindfulness is becoming aware of your here and now experience, both internally and in the external world around you. It gives you a space in the present moment to process anything happening that may be attached to feelings or triggers from the past or projected future from the secure position of knowing that you are in the present moment. We are never NOT in the present moment – a fact that we tend to lose track of quite often and from this space our conscious awareness can have many beneficial effects not only in the current ‘now’ moment but the now moments we continue to create. Learn a range of useful mindfulness skills to support you in your everyday life and wellbeing. 

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Training (2 days)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is pronounced as the word ‘act’ gets it name from one of its core messages: Accept what is out of your personal control and commit to action that improves and enriches your life. ACT is a powerful mindfulness-based therapy and coaching model which leads the field in terms of research, application and results.

ACT uses a wide range of experiential exercised to undermine the power of destructive cognitive, emotive, and behavioural processes. It helps people to fundamentally change their relationship with painful thoughts and feelings to develop a transcendent sense of self, to live in the present, and to take action guided by their deepest values to create a rich and meaningful life. In this training you will experientially learn how to use a range of ACT skills, strategies and tools in change your own life and those you interact with and/or work with.
